Two studios, one factory. Everything below is designed in Bhubaneswar or Shillong, manufactured at our own units in Delhi and Jaipur, and fitted by our own team, so the drawing you approve is the thing that arrives.

Visit the studio or ask us to your site. We measure the space, talk through how you live in it, and agree a budget before anything is drawn.

3D design and quote
We build a 3D model of your rooms and price it line by line. Change the colours, materials and layouts as often as you need. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Factory production
Our own factory manufactures to the approved drawings, precision cut on machinery rather than sized on site. The same specification every time.

Installation and handover
Our fitting team installs, we clean the space, and you get the keys within the timeline agreed at the start, with the warranty documented.

Design, 3D visualisation, manufacturing and installation are all handled by one company, from its own manufacturing units rather than subcontracted carpenters, so there is no contractor to chase and one team is accountable for the result.
What materials and hardware does Kalky Interior use?
Kalky Interior builds in HDMR, High-Density Moisture Resistant board, and fits it with hardware from Blum and Hafele. HDMR is chosen for the coastal humidity of Odisha, where cheaper particle board swells and warps; the Blum and Hafele hinges, runners and lift systems are what keep drawers and shutters closing properly years after handover. Panels are machine edge banded in our own factory to seal them against moisture, and all custom woodwork carries a 10-year warranty.
How long does a Kalky Interior project take?
There is no standard number of days, because a two-bedroom flat and a full bungalow are not the same job. The timeline is worked out from the scale of the home, the rooms in scope and the finishes chosen, agreed with you before anything is ordered, and written into the contract. Because manufacturing is in-house rather than subcontracted, that date is one Kalky Interior controls.
Which cities does Kalky Interior work in?
Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Berhampur and Rourkela in Odisha, and Shillong in Meghalaya. Residential and commercial projects are taken in all six. If your project is outside these cities, contact the studio to check availability.
