Our interior design and modular kitchen services are governed by proposals and agreements that outline the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and materials. Estimates shared with clients are based on available information and may vary depending on design revisions, material selection, and physical site conditions. While Kalky Interior makes every effort to meet expected timelines, delivery schedules may change due to material availability, design modifications, and external factors beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and ready access to the project site, and any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may involve extra charges.
Payments must be made according to the milestone or project-based schedules agreed upon at the start of the project. Work begins only after receipt of the required booking amount or design fee. Completed design fees are non-refundable, and refunds for execution or modular kitchen production depend on the stage of manufacture or procurement already completed. Any design changes requested after approval may lead to additional fees.
Kalky Interior offers an AI-powered digital assistant known as KALKY AI, created to help users understand interior design concepts, explore modular kitchen options, get guidance on materials, and simplify access to general information about our services. KALKY AI operates using secure Google Cloud processing, meaning queries are processed temporarily in order to generate responses. The AI does not store personal data, chat history, or user information in any Kalky Interior database. All data processed by the AI is ephemeral and used only for generating responses. While the AI provides helpful insights, the information generated may not always be fully accurate or final. For quotes, technical decisions, or confirmed details, users must rely on the Kalky Interior human design team.
All material on our website, including AI-generated content, remains the exclusive property of Kalky Interior and cannot be reused or adapted without permission. Our website may contain links to external websites or platforms, but we are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these third-party sites. Users should refer to their respective terms and policies.
Kalky Interior provides the website and AI tool “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free responses, or full accuracy of automated information. We are not liable for damages arising from incorrect interpretation of AI output, project delays, external factors affecting execution, or issues arising from third-party content. Our total liability, if applicable, will never exceed the amount paid for a specific service.
